About the Event

What is Boundless 2022?

Boundless 2022 is a worldwide virtual event connecting SonicWall partners with our elite innovators, experts, leaders and special guests. During the event, we look toward 2022 to take on new challenges and opportunities to better protect, connect and secure our customers.

Which regional event should I attend?

This year, Boundless 2022 is happening live across three regions, at three different times.

  • Americas (North America and Latin America) – February 23 9 a.m. PST
  • EMEA – February 24 10 a.m. CET
  • APAC – February 24 12 p.m. SGT

You can register and attend one or all events depending on your time zone and region! SonicWall leaders from each region will give a local update towards the end of the live event.

Here’s where you can visit each regional event:

  • EMEA: https://www.boundless2022.com/emea/
  • APAC: https://www.boundless2022.com/apac/
When does the On-Demand site go live?

Miss a session during the live event? No worries — you can rewatch any session or download resources at any time.

Boundless 2022: On-Demand will be available shortly after the live event ends, starting on March 2, 2022. You will receive an email when on-demand sessions are accessible both at www.boundless2022.com and through SonicWall University.  The sessions will be available online for all registered users.

Video (Live Sessions)

Why isn't the video playing?

If your video has frozen or stopped playing, you may have encountered a buffer issue. Try refreshing your browser to refresh the video stream.

You may also be experiencing browser-specific issues due to ad or pop-up blockers, especially if using Firefox or Safari. We encourage users to use Chrome or Edge if possible, for the best viewing experience.

If the issue still persists, try clicking on the ‘expand’ icon in the video viewport at the bottom right-hand corner. If the issue still persists after both of those actions, click “Back To Sessions” and re-enter that session page from there.

Why can’t I hear any sound in the Live Session player?

Most browsers do not allow audio to  auto-play on a new window. For that reason, your session may start muted. Simply click on the video to unmute it, or click on the audio icon  in the bottom left corner of the video player to toggle sound on and off.

If this doesn’t help, make sure that the sound on your computer is turned up and not muted. Sometimes people have external speakers that they switch on, but forget to unmute the sound on their computer.

Why is the video choppy?

You might have a bad connection. Please turn off any other non-essential programs running on your computer while the webinar is running to improve sound quality. If you make a change to your network/Wi-Fi while watching the session, try refreshing the session page.

Browser

What web browser should I use for the virtual event?

The experience is best if accessed using the latest version of Chrome, especially on desktop/laptop devices. If you are using another browser, make sure you have updated to the most recent version of that browser.

What if I am not using Google Chrome?

While we specifically recommend Google Chrome 98 or later, you can also use the following up-to-date browsers, but expect some minor inconsistencies:

  • Mozilla Firefox version 97.0 or later
  • Microsoft Edge 97.0 or later
  • Safari 15.2

Avoid using the following browsers, if possible:

  • Microsoft Internet Explorer 11 or previous

Device

Can my mobile device handle the virtual event?

Most computers and mobile devices, such as laptops, desktops, and handheld tablets, are capable of running the virtual event sessions and features. However, for the best Boundless 2022 experience, we recommend using a desktop or laptop.

Connection

What if I have a poor internet connection?

To get the most out of the Boundless 2022 experience, you will need a good internet connection. If you have a poor internet connection, you may experience buffering, or pauses, in your event experience. But don’t worry, the event content will be available on-demand in the weeks following the event. Simply visit www.boundless2022.com starting from March 2, or keep an eye on SonicWall University for this content to be made available for playback.

How can I make my connection better?

Generally, this could be because you are sharing bandwidth with other devices or are connecting to your internet router via Wi-Fi and the signal quality is poor.

In this instance, we suggest you test your connection. Alternatively, you can disconnect other devices that are connected to the internet, move closer to the router or access point, or try another browser as a different browser might perform differently. Also, ensure that you close all unused windows, as those windows could be affecting the browser’s performance.
